Tbilisi Opera and Ballet State Theatre presents Teet Kask's new creation

He has created space which enables an own flight to each of us. He has given these flight advices that help to keep on course. Otar has created with words a space where it is possible to meet stars and horse, rain and love, spirituality and sun, angels and snow. He enables us there to touch timelessness and sustainable values, and to brightly and understandably live it indelibly. He celebrates human existence and values to live pious life.”

Teet Kask (1968) has worked with the Estonian National Opera and Ballet Company, the Royal Swedish Ballet and the Norwegian National Ballet. Since 1996, Kask is also active as choreographer. In 1999, the Critics Survey of Ballet International/Tanz Aktuell International awarded him the title of Outstanding Dancer for his creative work in the season of 1998/1999. In 1999, the choreographical work of Kask, Ursula X, reached the finals of Concours International de Choregraphie Classic in Paris. Kask has a MA in choreography from the London City University/Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. In his choreographic works Kask uses both the aesthetics of classical dance as well as modern expression and likes to flirt with a certain amount of experimentation. He has become a unique choreographer synthesizing classical and contemporary dance.
