Sam works in a ground floor room where nothing indicates the presence of a trendy luxury restaurant upstairs. Yet Sam is the one who sits in his small room with ten phones on the table and books tables for the upper class of the city. The restaurant is exclusive and popular, it is always booked two months in advance. But there are still people who think that THEY should get a table immediately. Blackmail, lies, flattering, threats, insults are all part of an ordinary workday. In addition to the customers the chef who is an egomaniac, waiters and administrators who suffer constant stress all do their part making Sam's life hell. "Could you, please, hold on for a second ..." And just when Sam has five calls on hold, every single one likely to cause a scandal, Sam's father calls just to talk to his son, tell him that he is waiting for him to come home for Christmas ...
